100% Smoke Free Hotel

According to the provisions of the General Law for tobacco control, smoking is not allowed in rooms and closed spaces in the hotel. Doing so will result in a fine.

Security is our highest priority to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide to us.

We store any information you enter on our website. This includes personal information such as your first and last name, home or business address, telephone number, postal and e-mail addresses.
The information you provide is not shared with non-authorized third parties. We may share your information, as only necessary as possible, with companies related to your travel itinerary such as airlines, hotels, ground handling companies, local tour companies, sponsors and other suppliers.

Reservation Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Credit card information such as card number, expiration date, security code and cardholder’s name. This is necessary to consider a guarantee valid.

Cancellation policy:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No show policy:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person policy:
A $199.00 MXN extra person charge plus taxes applies for a third person in the same room. The hotel has extra beds subject to availability.

Children policy:
Minors aged 11 and younger stay for free. 12 years old and older pay full rate.

Charge for buffet breakfast applies to children over 6 years old, which will be specified and charged at Reception.

Pet policy:
Only guide dogs that comply with the proper certifications and following the regulations established by the hotel are accepted.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel, making the reservation and giving the guest all the information. The charge for the night will be made with the original rate, no matter if the new hotel has a higher rate. The hotel will be in charge of the payment to the new hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
